I feel that students will need to know computer care, and also computer ethics. Without these computer skills blogging tools would be extremely difficult to monitor!!!

Chris…Who do you think should be responsible for monitoring the use of these tools? Would there be multiple levels? Top down? Bottom up? I’d like to hear your ideas because this is certainly an issue that we need to address.
