I graduated from Moravian College in 1987 as a Music Education Major. In September of that year, I started teaching middle school general and choral music. After 12 years, I took another job in the same district as an Instructional Technology Specialist. I did this for seven years before moving to the Salisbury Township School District as their Director of Data and Technology. I have a Masters Degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and am presently working on my Doctorate there.
